Description

Health Nexus builds the capacity of individuals, organizations and communities to promote health, and fosters the development and implementation of effective strategies to improve population and individual health in Ontario and beyond. Health assistance is provided through three main programs: a Health Promotion Resource Centre; a Maternal, Newborn and Early Childhood Development Resource Centre; and the Ontario Health Promotion Resource System (OHPRS) - which is a network of organizations that work collaboratively to support health promotion in Ontario.
