The National Asthma Council (NAC) is a non-profit body which serves the community by creating awareness and providing information about asthma. Its aim is to progress towards a community which increasingly recognises the importance of asthma as a social, economic and health issue, whose members are prepared to share responsibility in taking the steps required towards the elimination of asthma and the risks of asthma from the Australian community.
