Chronic Diseases Network

Description

The Chronic Diseases Network was set up in response to the challenge to do something about the impact of chronic disease in the Northern Terrritory (NT). It now has over 800 government and non-government members across the NT and Australia. The Network was formed to link stakeholders and promote communication, collaboration, coordination and collective memory in the area of common chronic diseases affecting the NT population, across the continuum of care. It is also responsible for publishing The Chronicle, a monthly public health publication.

A electronic newsletter is distributed via email to members every fortnight informing them of current issues, upcoming events and new research and reports of interest published by various stakeholders.
