The Intergovernmental Committee on Drugs (IGCD) provides policy advice to ministers on drug related issues. The IGCD is responsible for the implementation of the National drug strategy framework. Its role includes liaising with intergovernmental agencies and the various stakeholders of the drug strategy framework implementation, to coordinate and prioritise the development, implementation and evaluation of national drug action plans.
