FNQ Suicide Prevention Taskforce

 

Description

The FNQ Suicide Prevention Taskforce is a non-government, community based voluntary group based in Far North Queensland which implements, supports and promotes strategies to reduce self-harm and suicide. In particular the group aims initiatives at the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community which is highly represented in this area.

Members of the Taskforce include government, service providers and community based representatives.

The aims of the Taskforce are to:
