Australian Primary Health Care Research Institute - Centre of Research Excellence in Primary Oral Health Care

 

Description

The Centre of Research Excellence in Primary Oral Health Care conducts oral health-related research to improve primary oral health care for disadvantaged Australians. This research is organised into four themes, one of which is Indigenous oral health.

The Indigenous oral health research projects conducted under the auspices of the Centre are:

The Centre is a collaboration of researchers from three Australian universities (Adelaide, Tasmania, and Western Australia). It is funded with a grant of $2.5 million over 4 years as part of the Australian Primary Health Care Institute of the Australian National University (ANU) with financial support from the Australian Department of Health and Ageing.
