EthiCal Nutrition Services is a private nutrition consultancy founded by Roy Price, dietitian and public health nutritionist.

Operating from Alice Springs, Northern Territory, EthiCal Nutrition Services provides a broad range of nutrition services including:

• one-on-one diet and exercise counselling
• bush catering and outdoor cooking party events
• remote community food supply advisory service
• nutrition resources for low literacy clients
• body weight management.

One of the aims of the company is to stimulate public health nutrition action and bring about sustainable improvements to people's food choices through sharing healthy food preparation and cooking skills and techniques, and to inspire all who engage in the cooking events to become cooking and nutrition ambassadors for better public health.

The most frequent request for services is to conduct outdoor cooking classes and events in remote Aboriginal communities.
