Hoops 4 Health Aboriginal Corporation (H4H) was an initiative of Timmy Duggan and evolved out of concern for the ill health of Indigenous Australians. H4H began as a health education program initiated by Timmy who was involved in basketball at a professional level.

The organisation uses high profile basketballers and athletes to raise awareness among the people of Darwin about different health issues, such as how to manage and minimise the effects of hepatitis C, and also seeks to encourage healthy lifestyle choices.

H4H have created programs which focus on engaging Aboriginal adolescents, however the programs are not limited to this population group.
