Description

Gumala Aboriginal Corporation (GAC) is one of Australia's largest Indigenous corporations. It is located in Western Australia, with bases in both the Perth metropolitan area and Tom Price. Created in 1996 to negotiate the Yandi Land Use Agreement, GAC delivers economic, social and community developmental solutions to traditional land owners in the Pilbara region that directly improve their standard of living and quality of life.

Projects developed by GAC include:

• Capital works project
• Gumala 0-5 studio project (early childhood centre)
• Gumala Aboriginal Corporation's community services and assistance
• Tom Price elderly complex
• Gumala Aboriginal Corporation's renal (dialysis) health project.
