Katherine Regional Aboriginal Health and Related Services (KRAHRS)

Description

Katherine Regional Aboriginal Health and Related Services (KRAHRS) was established to bring together the many Aboriginal organisations involved in the delivery of health and related services in the Katherine region of the Northern Territory. KRAHRS allows service providers and advocates to share information, support each other and coordinate activities for the benefit of the Indigenous people of the region. KRAHRS runs programs like Healing Pathways designed to develop strategies to help 'close the gap' between Indigenous and non Indigenous health issues. The organisation is an incorporated association that draws its members from other incorporated Aboriginal organisations in the Katherine region.
