Alice Springs Women's Shelter

 

Description

Alice Springs Women's Shelter (ASWS) provides a range of services for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence. ASWS provides the services relating to:

ASWS provides services for all women in Alice Springs and the wider central Australian region, including the Pitantjatjara and Ngaanyatjarra lands. ASWS is a non-government organisation, managed by a voluntary Board of Governance, and has been providing services in Central Australia for over 30 years. ASWS receives funding from the Northern Territory Government, the Alice Springs Transformation Plan, and Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FAHCSIA).
