General Practice Network NT

 

Description

In July 2012 General Practice Network NT transitioned to the Northern Territory Medicare Local (NTML). NTML is a collaborative partnership between General Practice Network NT (GPNNT), the NT Department of Health (DoH) and the Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance NT (AMSANT). NTML will be one of 61 Medicare Locals established Australia-wide under Commonwealth Government primary health care reforms.

In coming weeks they will be updating their website with the new organisation's name, logo and branding.

The General Practice Network NT (GPNNT) leads and coordinates a territory-wide primary health care network with the objective of improving health service delivery and health outcomes in the Northern Territory (NT). They maintain and build capacity to respond and deliver quality, equitable and effective primary health care services; broker health solutions; support primary health care providers; and influence the health care agenda.

GPNNT delivers a range of programs and services in support of these aims including:
