Description

Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Health and Wellness Centre is part of the Perth South Coastal Medicare Local in the Rockingham Kwinana district. The organisation aims to support health and wellness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in the area. It exists to develop and strengthen the relationship between all local services, agencies and the community, and to improve the planning, evaluation and delivery of health services. Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Health and Wellness Centre has a range of programs designed to help Indigenous people, including:
