The Brien Holden Vision Institute is a non-profit organisation affiliated with the School of Optometry and Vision Science at the University of New South Wales. The Institute is a world-leader in applied vision correction research, and is:
Consisting of an international, multidisciplinary team with expertise in biological sciences, clinical research and technology development, the Institute's focus is the creation of new ways to improve vision outcomes for people whose sight is affected by refractive error.
The Institute is an accredited Independent Research Institute with the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and a member of the Association of Australian Medical Research Institutes (AAMRI).
