Description

Bridges is a non-government organisation that works with individuals, families and communities to build social capital and prevent and reduce harm related to alcohol and other drug use. The organisation has developed a social innovation model that encompasses clinical and community development interventions to address alcohol and other drug issues.

The comprehensive alcohol and other drug family counselling services provided by Bridges includes:

• individual, couple and family counselling
• telephone counselling
• information and referral
• therapeutic groups to support members of the community affected by their own or someone else's alcohol and other drug use
• educational groups
• outreach counselling and groups.
