The First Contact Aboriginal Corporation provides 24 hour resource and referral services, and access to a development and training facility. First Contact conducts and coordinates preventative and proactive projects, innovative activities, and events. This organisation also implements strategies to break the social cycles in the youth sector by addressing needs through individual and group development strategies.
First contact monitors, reviews, and develops proposals and recommendations to government and other bodies or authorities. It provides support and guidance to organisations and projects within south eastern Queensland.
