PapScreen Koori Community Grants

 

Overview

Cancer Council Victoria is running the PapScreen Victoria program as part of the National Cervical Screening Program. Indigenous women are currently twice as likely to be diagnosed with cervical cancer and up to five times more likely to die from it. Grants of up to $3,000 are available for Aboriginal health services and organisations to:

Aboriginal health services, organisations and other health services dedicated to improving cervical screening for Indigenous women across Victoria can apply. Projects may include other women's health issues however cervical screening education should be the main focus.
