Active Club Grants

 

Overview

VicHealth's Active Club Grants provide funding support across Victoria to increase physical activity participation opportunities for those who are currently inactive or traditionally encounter barriers to participation, notably Indigenous communities.

Active Clubs Grants aim to increase participation in sport and active recreation for underrepresented members of Victorian communities by:

Through the provision of these grants, club/organisations are able to obtain sports injury prevention and management equipment, essential sporting equipment/items, volunteer and club training and portable sun shade. Priority is given to applications from local sporting clubs/organisations that can demonstrate increasing physical activity participation for one or more of the following groups: Indigenous Victorians, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, people with a disability, juniors and older people.
