Indigenous sport & recreation program funding

 

Overview

The Indigenous sport & recreation program (ISRP) is a program administered by the Office for Sport as part of the Australian Government's 'whole of government' approach to Indigenous programs. The program supports community participation in sport and physical recreation activities because these activities help to improve the health and physical wellbeing of Indigenous Australians.

The objectives of the Annual funding round (AFR) are:

Any person or organisation can apply for funding. This includes community-based, not for profit organisations that can enter into a legally binding funding agreement with the Australian Government and meet the objectives of the program.
