Swap it don't stop it - Community healthy eating and physical activity grants

 

Overview

As part of the Swap it don't stop it campaign, the Heart Foundation of WA has recently launched the Community healthy eating and physical activity grants scheme.

Grants of up to $5,000 are available for incorporated community groups, not for profit organisations, general practice networks, government authorities and others to implement healthy eating and physical activity projects targeting adults.
