Target audience: Managers, clinicians and those who are responsible for leading continuous quality improvement (CQI)

Course summary: This course provides a professional development opportunity for people working in community health and wellbeing services to embed CQI in everyday practice. The program will cover content including:

• an overview of CQI
• CQI requirements
• readiness assessment summary and priorities
• action planning for CQI
• starter action plan for change management for CQI.

The course is facilitated by Dr Bev Sibthorpe and Dr Sanchia Shibasaki. Bev and Sanchia are consultants working to increase understanding and knowledge around the need to close gaps in knowledge translation for quality improvement in community health and social services.
