Diabetes - what now? Facilitator training

 

Overview

Target audience: Newly diagnosed diabetics or those who may have missed diabetes education in the past

Course summary:
This four hour program is delivered by a diabetes educator and a dietician (if available). The sessions provide information on:

Diabetes Queensland provides a Facilitator package for metropolitan and regional health professionals to deliver the Diabetes - What now? program on an ongoing basis.
