Eat it facilitator training

 

Overview

Target audience: a broad range of health and fitness workers such as qualified fitness trainers, exercise physiologists and community nurses

Course summary:
Eat it is a train the trainer course that enables fitness and other health professionals to deliver a six week nutrition education program. The program provides facilitators with the skills to:

Eat it training can also be delivered in conjunction with the BEAT IT program that is coordinated by the Australian Diabetes Council.
