Food provision for vulnerable groups

 

Overview

Target audience: Health workers, social workers and food preparation staff in organisations providing meals and/or food services to the community, including people with HIV, in rehabilitation programs and hostels, or who are homeless.

Course summary: This one day interactive workshop will provide participants with knowledge and strategies to assist vulnerable clients to improve their nutritional status through food provision. The course will cover:
