Online diabetes management in the primary care setting - unit 2 'supporting people living with diabetes'

 

Overview

Target audience: Primary health care nurses who have identified a need to update or increase their diabetes and
diabetes management knowledge

Course summary: This course provides participants with the skills to become active and confident members of the diabetes care team. Unit 2 has been designed to draw on the information in Unit 1, containing more detailed information required to adapt a care plan and management of individual persons requirements. Unit 2 will enable nurses to:
