Working with Aboriginal people

 

Overview

Target audience: Anyone working in Home and Community Care (HACC) in WA who may need to plan, coordinate or provide services to Aboriginal clients

Course summary: This one-day course aims to equip non-Aboriginal people with the knowledge and understanding required to deliver services which are more culturally sensitive to the needs of Aboriginal older people.

The course covers:

A certificate of participation is provided on successful completion of the course.

Fee payable: Yes. HACC service providers are entitled to a discount.
