RAHC introduction to remote health practice program

 

Overview

Target audience: Health professionals working in remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory (NT); anyone interested in remote and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health

Course summary: These courses provide orientation and clinical training on a range of topics specific to the remote NT health context. The courses have been designed for health professionals preparing to work in a remote area and to help those who are working in remote areas to up-skill. The courses are endorsed for Continuing Professional Development points with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine and Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association and well as other colleges and professional bodies. Modules include:
