Overview

This diploma is directed at people in senior management positions in the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service sector. The course consists of eight units (five compulsory units and three elective units) and the units focus on: leadership; strategic planning; staff supervision; project and financial management; mentoring; teamwork and conflict resolution; and performance management systems.
