Australasian Professional Society on Alcohol and other Drugs (APSAD) conference

This year's conference theme, The times they are a changin', was chosen by the Scientific Program Committee to reflect the changing times and increased pressures faced by the alcohol and other drug (AOD) sector. Clinical and non-clinical research is also dramatically increasing our understanding of dependence, prevention and treatment.

The poster session will continue to be a core event of the conference in 2014. Selected abstracts, from research to clinical, from all disciplines, will be presented by colleagues from across Australasia and the world. The poster session offers the perfect platform for delegates to see and discuss achievements, ideas and developments face-to-face. In conjunction with the poster session, poster tours will be run. Keynote speakers will select the posters that best demonstrate quality research and clinical practice and conduct small group discussions of their chosen posters.
