Injury in Indigenous populations – learning from each other

Overview

This trauma symposium is an exciting opportunity to bring together rural health and trauma specialists, health practitioners from the Aboriginal community health sector, clinicians and policy makers, working to minimise Indigenous trauma and its impact on communities. The forum aims to facilitate multidisciplinary dialogue, to showcase best practice and to identify areas for future collaboration.

This symposium will be part of the Provincial Surgeons of Australia (PSA) 50th annual scientific conference. The 50th anniversary conference will be a collaboration between the PSA and the College Trauma Committee/s and Indigenous Health Committee.
