11th Australasian injury prevention and safety promotion conference

Overview

This conference is organised by the Australian Injury Prevention Network (AIPN). The conference will be a multi-disciplinary event featuring representatives from all facets of injury prevention including research, teaching, practice and policy. Themes will be varied and cover topics such as road and transport safety, falls and ageing, child safety, water safety (including drowning), rural and remote injury prevention and more.

Bursary positions have been made available through Lotterywest (for Western Australian delegates only) in recognition that it is often difficult for rural and regional heath professionals and non-for-profit organisations to attend events that are situated in Perth.

Applications for bursary positions close Friday 18 October 2013.

HealthInfoNet Cafe

Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet will be presenting at this conference.
