Overview

The 2012 theme is Connectedness acknowledging the bonds Indigenous peoples share, and the significance of their connections to land and culture to our health and wellbeing. PRIDoC brings together, in a safe and positive environment, Indigenous medical practitioners, students, and health professionals from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States of America, Hawaii, Taiwan, and across the Pacific to promote culturally safe research and clinical practices, build Indigenous capacity and contribute to improved health and well-being for peoples of the Pacific.
