Abstract

The Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007 are regulations compiled by the Office of Legislative Drafting and Publishing, Attorney General's Department, Canberra; the object of this Act being to improve the well-being of certain communities in the Northern Territory.


The Act outlines the legal rules pertaining to the following sections:
• preliminary
• alcohol
• requirements for publicly funded computers
