Abstract

The Eat for health cookbook is the first resource to be branded with Shape Up Australia and is based on the latest nutrition and serve size information developed as part of the updated Australian Dietary Guidelines.

The cookbook has 33 easy to prepare, tasty and healthy recipes for the family with icons to show how many serves from the five food groups each meal contains.

Shape Up Australia and the Eat for Health cookbook are aimed at helping Australians find credible, evidence-based information on healthy eating and active living.
