Practice Incentives Program: Indigenous health incentive guidelines

This guideline provides information for GPs and practice staff about the Practice Incentives Program (PIP) Indigenous Health Incentive. This Medicare incentive aims to support general practices and Indigenous health services to provide better health care for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander patients, including best practice management of chronic disease.

The guideline provides information on:

      • Tier one outcomes payment - chronic disease management
