The Aboriginal and Islander Community Controlled Health Services clinical excellence (ACE) program (formerly known as the Closing the gap collaborative) is a primary health care quality improvement initiative designed to help clinical teams work together to reduce lifestyle risk, improve clinical outcomes and help maintain good health for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Queensland.
