Summary
Summary of Indigenous health: October 2003
This summary of Australian Indigenous health (view HealthInfoNet summary) is updated as new information becomes available (some sections have not been updated from previous versions, because no substantial new information has become available). It draws largely on published information, some of which has been re-analysed to provide clearer comparisons between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. In addition to information about health status, this summary includes a brief paragraph about health expenditure on Indigenous health.

Men's health
Available information about men's health (view HealthInfoNet men's health webpage) has been updated, expanded and restructured to maximise its usefulness to our variety of users. We are still in the process of developing content for some of the sub-sections, but have decided to make available the information we have already within the proposed structure for this section.
The new structure includes introductory information about male health issues; a summary of Indigenous men's health; a list of key references; details of recent journal articles, publications and theses; and links to relevant organisations and other web-based information.
Bulletin
Volume 3 Issue 4
The October 2003 - December 2003 issue of the HealthBulletin is now 'in progress' and available online. The purpose of the Australian Indigenous HealthBulletin is to facilitate access to information of relevance to Australian Indigenous health. Reflecting the wide range of our users - policy makers, service providers, researchers, students and the general community - the HealthBulletin attempts to keep people informed of current events of relevance, as well as information about recent research.
