Other aspects - health risk factors
We are currently developing and restructuring information on the various risk factors that influence the health of Indigenous peoples.
A new Indigenous physical activity web resource recognises the importance of physical activity to many aspects of Indigenous health (view physical activity web resource), and a web resource about Indigenous overweight and obesity is now available also (view overweight and obesity web resource).
The index below provides links to sub-sections that contain information on a range of other risk factors. Remaining links will become active progressively as we continue to develop this page.

Summary of health risk factors among Indigenous Australians
The HealthInfoNet's Overview of Indigenous health draws largely on published information, some
of which has been re-analysed to provide clearer comparisons between
Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. It is updated as new information
becomes available and includes a summary of health risk factors
among Indigenous Australians. After viewing the overview return
to this webpage by using the back button.
