Benelong's Haven Family Rehabilitation Centre
Benelong's Haven Family Rehabilitation Centre caters for Indigenous people with a dependence on alcohol or other drugs. The Centre addresses their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs, thus encouraging them to re-enter life. This is accomplished by providing a caring environment conducive to meeting those needs.

Northern Territory

Council for Aboriginal Alcohol Program Services Inc.   (Health)
CAAPS operates the largest residential rehabilitation service for Indigenous people in the top end. CAAPS has a core staff of 30 permanent employees in a variety of roles. CAAPS is a Registered Training Organisation providing Nationally Recognised Training in Substance Misuse, Prevention and Treatment Programs which are delivered using culturally appropriate learning styles. Training staff provide accredited and non accredited 'Alcohol and other Drug' Training Courses to people from remote and urban communities across the Top End of the Northern Territory.

Aboriginal Drug and Alcohol Council (SA) Inc.
The Aboriginal Drug and Alcohol Council (ADAC) aims to ensure the development of effective programs to reduce harm related to substance misuse in Aboriginal communities, through providing information and advice for the Aboriginal community, the wider community and for relevant professionals and institutions.

Aboriginal Health Council South Australia Inc.
AHCSA is the peak body representing Aboriginal community controlled health and substance misuse services in South Australia at a state and national level. The primary role of ACHSA is to be the 'health voice' for all Aboriginal people in South Australia. They advocate for the community and support workers with appropriate programs.

Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is a unit of the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing and is responsible for administering the provisions of the legislation. The TGA carries out a range of assessment and monitoring activities to ensure therapeutic goods available in Australia are of an acceptable standard. At the same time the TGA aims to ensure that the Australian community has access, within a reasonable time, to therapeutic advances.

Queensland Alcohol and Drug Research and Education Centre (QADREC)
QADREC was formally established as a cooperative venture between Queensland Health and the University of Queensland's Department of Social and Preventive Medicine. In 2001 this department was reorganised as the School of Population Health. The centre facilitates best practice through excellence in teaching in alcohol and drug related areas at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, provides high quality training and support for alcohol and drug workers, and support for resource development. The centre is engaged in a number of nationally significant research projects.
