Benelong's Haven Family Rehabilitation Centre
Benelong's Haven Family Rehabilitation Centre caters for Indigenous people with a dependence on alcohol or other drugs. The Centre addresses their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs, thus encouraging them to re-enter life. This is accomplished by providing a caring environment conducive to meeting those needs.

Oolong House provides residential treatment for Aboriginal men and non-Aboriginal men who wish to take back control of their lives and manage their problems linked to alcohol and other drugs.

The South Coast Aboriginal Holistic Healing Service (SCAHHS) (substance use) is a regional service for Aboriginal communities along the South Coast of New South Wales. The SCAHHS works in partnership with mainstream services to provide quality drug prevention and treatment programs.

Northern Territory

Council for Aboriginal Alcohol Program Services Inc.   (Health)
CAAPS operates the largest residential rehabilitation service for Indigenous people in the top end. CAAPS has a core staff of 30 permanent employees in a variety of roles. CAAPS is a Registered Training Organisation providing Nationally Recognised Training in Substance Misuse, Prevention and Treatment Programs which are delivered using culturally appropriate learning styles. Training staff provide accredited and non accredited 'Alcohol and other Drug' Training Courses to people from remote and urban communities across the Top End of the Northern Territory.

The Mt Theo Program is the primary organisation responsible for addressing substance misuse in the Warlpiri region.

The Bushmob Volatile Substance Abuse and Alcohol and Other Drugs Facility
The Bushmob Volatile Substance Abuse and Alcohol and Other Drugs Facility was officially opened in Alice Springs on the 10 April 2008. The residential service caters for up to 10 children suffering sniffing and other drug misuse problems.

Queensland

Kurbingui Youth Development Association (KYDA)
The name 'Kurbingui' from the Turrabul language means 'the transition from boy to man'. The KYDA mission is to address the disadvantage and poverty experienced by Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth through the provision of programs and services designed to alleviate isolation, poverty, discrimination and unemployment. They offer a range of training, employment and family programs. KYDA employs an alcohol, tobacco and illicit drugs project worker through its Yeaca Dhargo Family Project. The position provides existing community resources to access the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in Brisbane.

Ngwala Willumbong Co-operative Ltd. provides culturally sensitive residential and outreach alcohol and drug services to the Koori community. Australian Government agencies

Australian National Council on Drugs (ANCD)
The ANCD was established as part of the Australian Government's response to reduce the harm caused by drugs in the community. An important component of the ANCD's work is to ensure that policies, strategies and directions in the drug and alcohol field are consistent with the National Drug Strategic Framework. The ANCD website provides information on drug use in Australia, news and events, and reports and publications.

The Program develops and coordinates strategies to address the harm associated with substance abuse in the Northern Territory.
