Aboriginal Vascular Health Program
The Aboriginal Vascular Health Program supports implementation of the components of the NSW Aboriginal Health Strategic Plan (1999) which relate to diabetes, diseases of the circulatory system and renal disease. Program initiatives including the Chronic Disease Service Framework, seek to enhance Area Health Service programs in chronic care to ensure responsiveness to the needs of the Aboriginal population.
