The Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet is undertaking a survey to find out information on users accessing the website, particularly its 'substance use' section.

The substance use section includes:

• alcohol use
• tobacco use
• illicit drug use (including kava)
• volatile substance use.

If you use the HealthInfoNet regularly, or have ever accessed the website, we'd like to have your feedback. Please take a few minutes to complete our survey - participants go into the draw to win their choice of either a camera, an iPod, or a voucher.
