Winners of 2012 NSW Aboriginal health awards announced
Individuals, teams and communities in New South Wales (NSW) who have demonstrated excellence in 'closing the gap' in Indigenous health outcomes were celebrated at an Awards ceremony late last month.
The NSW Aboriginal Awards were established in 2004. This year, the Award categories were aligned with the goals of the national Closing the gap initiative.
