Submissions are now being sought for the third Annual Excellence in Indigenous Health Awards.
Held in conjunction with the Improving Social Determinants of Indigenous Health Conference, the Awards are given in recognition of the inspirational work undertaken by service providers, communities and individuals working to make a difference in Indigenous health.
The Award categories are:
1. Outstanding delivery in child and maternal health
2. Environmental health initiatives
3. Improving access to primary health care
Applications close on 3rd February 2012.
Winners will be announced on 28th March 2012 in Sydney.
