Deodorant sniffing scourge hits Alice Springs

Date posted: 20 May 2014

Alice Springs is in the grip of a new solvent use crisis, with an estimated 100 children regularly sniffing aerosol deodorant in the centre of town.

Retailers including Coles, Woolworths and Kmart have cleared their shelves of Rexona, the deodorant of choice for sniffers.
