Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet workshop evaluation report

Date posted: 29 October 2013

The recent Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet workshop project has been evaluated. This pilot project, rolled out across WA, has helped to raise awareness of the HealthInfoNet web resource and to build the capacity of those working in Indigenous health to help ‘close the gap'.

Many thanks to all the wonderful people working in Indigenous health across WA who helped with this project in so many ways; providing venues, spreading word of the workshops via networks, and even travelling with us (thanks so much to Jammy and Holly in the Kimberley).

We are hopeful of securing funding to ensure this project can be ongoing into the future - both in WA and in other states and territories.
