Leading public health experts and community organisations are gathering in Melbourne on 2 October 2013 to discuss the growing health risks associated with Australians' high consumption of sugary drinks and to discuss policy options to reduce consumption.
The forum is a part of the Rethink sugary drink campaign to raise awareness about the amount of sugar in sugar-sweetened drinks.
The forum also coincides with the launch of the Rethink sugary drink television and internet advert campaign.
