Date posted: 11 February 2010

In his second annual Closing the gap statement to Parliament on 11 February 2010, Prime Minister Kevin Rudd announced the appointment of Mr Colin Carter as the new Government Ambassador for Business Action. The purpose of this role is to encourage Australian business to participate in the economic development of Indigenous communities.
